Individuals paid less than $1,000

If you expect to be paid more than $1,000, you need to follow other registration requirements. Please contact us if you have questions.

If you carry Workers Compensation Insurance or you have a state issued exemption, you'll be attaching it below.

Step 1

Work with your World Vision point of contact, who will provide a simple contract for you both to sign. This contract will be attached below.

Read our Vendor Code of Conduct & Child Protection Protocol

Please download and fill out the forms listed below

  • Form W-9 (required)
  • ACH form(Complete this if you accept ACH payments. It's our preferred payment method and you will receive payment faster.)
