LLCs & Independent Contractors

If you are in business for yourself with no employees on your payroll, and you will be doing more than $1,000 business with World Vision, complete the following steps.

If you carry Workers Compensation Insurance or you have a state issued exemption, you'll be attaching it below.

Step 1

You should have at least one of the following credentials on file with the state or local jurisdiction you reside or operate in as proof of having a business:

  • Business License Number
  • Fictitious Name (dba)
  • Business Tax Number (state, county or city)
  • Business Documentation (e.g., Articles of Incorporation, LLC or Partnership document)
